All services provided by Katy Glove Works are considered final sale. Due to the custom nature of glove relacing, conditioning, and restoration, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once work has begun or been completed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
